Dank je voor het compliment Inderdaad het Haagse Binnenhof en de uitdaging was hier om zowel de donkere bovenkant als de lichte onderkant beiden goed belicht op de foto te krijgen.
I've been there recently and I took guite some shots from nearly the same spot. But the results
did'nt even came close to this one. Eihter they were to bright or to dark.

@Patman: yes that is exactly the tricky part of this shot. The solution is to use a tri-pod and take two picture; one underexposed and one overexposed. The underexposed photo will show the highlights (in this case the floor) and the overexposed one will show the shadows (the upper part). Then in idImager use the Dynamic Range Increase (DRI) filter to combine both photos... leving you with this result
